Shipping Information:
Your order will ship within 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an e-mail with a USPS tracking number when your order has shipped. USPS Priority Mail shipments typically arrive within 3-5 days to most locations in the contiguous 48 states. International, Hawaii and Alaska orders may take longer.
Return Policy:
Our top priority is to provide the best possible service, and that is why we want to have the best return policy available. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund by filling out a copy of our Returns/Exchanges form included in every shipment. Returns must be in original condition, including tags and labels. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. Shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.
Exchange Policy:
If you would like to exchange your product for a new size or new color please fill out the copy of our Returns/Exchanges form that was included with your shipment. Indicate the size and/or color you would like to exchange the product for. Once we receive your package we will ship out the new item.
